Boise to Banff

My friend, Tiggr, brought me along on her vacation to Canada... see the beautiful Rocky Mountains? I'm up near Banff in the province of Alberta. More about that later...

This is a clue... do you know where it is?

I'll be posting a podcast from near this Capitol city. Capitol of where? Ahhhh, that's for you to figure out... but, some clues:

It is in the Western Hemisphere.

Although the picture show a very flat horizon, there are very tall mountains within a couple of hours drive from here.

I have driven here twice in the last 10 years.
