This is a clue... do you know where it is?
I'll be posting a podcast from near this Capitol city. Capitol of where? Ahhhh, that's for you to figure out... but, some clues:
It is in the Western Hemisphere.
Although the picture show a very flat horizon, there are very tall mountains within a couple of hours drive from here.
I have driven here twice in the last 10 years.
Any ideas? Post your answers in the comment section and we'll see who answers it correctly.

I belive it is a picture of the Calgary stampede in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Beautiful city and lots of friendly people.
